Exchange and return policy

Our Return Policy:

1. Fragrance House only accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Any return requests received more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

1. Products in the original packaging that are unopened, tampered with or used in any way may be returned for a refund or exchange provided that the original packaging is intact.

1. Products that are delivered damaged or defective may be returned for a refund or exchange.

1. Refunds will only be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase.

1. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item received is damaged or defective.

1. Products that are on special offers, special orders, engraved or any personalized items are not eligible for return.

1. Products must be returned with the original box, packaging materials and a copy of the original invoice.

Please note that Fragrance House is not responsible if returned packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.

Damaged goods:

Any item delivered to you that is broken or defective will be replaced or refunded. Please contact our online customer service by emailing us at: info@fhkuwait.com and we will assist you with the process.
